Our room was quiet, apart from other rooms. Bed was confortable. Spa was great. Location was perfect for a needed over night stay on route to Santa Rosa. We especially liked that the window opened_ as we don't do well with air conditioning.

The staff were friendly. The room was large, well appointed, and very comfortable. We arrived late on a Friday night and there appeared to be some partying going on on he Spa. I worried about the noise, but once in our room I could not hear any of their noise. Apparently many of the guests were in town for a Pow Wow (sorry not sure which tribes were involved). Breakfast was quite good, on a 3,000 mile road trip on the West Coast this was the nicest hotel in which we stayed.

The essentials, minus the fluff
Clean, spacious rooms and a well-maintained pool. I appreciated the courteous front desk staff, and the convenient location added to the experience. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and having no extra charge for my pet was a plus.

Just about everything was on par and avarge.
Kids running up and down the hall at late and early hours. No overhead covering as you walk from my room to the breakfast area near the office. We had to get wet as it was raining. It would be very easy to change this problem.

The 2 ladies that helped me at the reception desk (1 at checkin and 1 the next morning) were both EXCELENT....friendly, knowledgable, welcoming, smiling ladies. The complimentary breakfast was very nice and appreciataed. Overall, an excellent value and place to stay on our way to San Francisco.
There wasn't a thing we didn't like.

I dug that the air conditioning was on point and the shower had consistent hot water. It was also awesome not to pay extra for my dog. The hot tub area was a nice little bonus too!

I stayed in a smoking deluxe king room, and while the sheets were clean and the AC worked great, the room had an undeniable odor of bad smoke and a leaking toilet. I couldn't handle it!

Normally that is where my family goes because they are a pet friendly hotel. The two desk girls are very friendly.
The manager yells at people, refuses to accomidate customers, hot tubs are dirty, refuses to refund customers when situations arise and are unable to stay at hotel.
